Pop Goes the Weasel, often referred to as The Weasel, involves conditioning the subject by simulating execution, normally by firing a blank round behind a blindfolded subject’s head. To heighten the effect, a pharmaceutical “enhancer” is often used.

The use of LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) has been part of Acolytican conditioning since the early 1970s, after results from the MK-ULTRA project appeared to be promising. Widespread use within the church was banned in 1976. Since the drug dissipates from the human body quickly, this technique is still used for conditioning police officers, military leaders, and others who may be required to submit to random drug screenings.

A 24 foot mural dominates the entrance lobby of Acolytica World Headquarters, and is present on a smaller scale in every Church facility. The mural (a small version is at the top of this page) depicts a snarling dog in a cage, a metaphor for the need for control and what can result when control is lost.

The “heat of passion” can be a genuine increase in body temperature that can produce less than optimal compliance activity. It is not accidental that many actions that take place in an environment of revolution and turmoil are termed “heat of passion” activities. Moral collapse may also result from this physiological sense of “heat” generated by passionate feelings.

Chiller Conditioning requires locking the subject in a windowless cell with a refrigerated concrete floor, until the over-temperature condition is resolved.
