			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Modes of Control are various methods used to provide incentive for an individual to terminate nonproductive tendencies, actions or behaviors. There are four basic classes of MOC: Physical, Psychological, Emotional, and Chemical.</p>
<p>MOC may be used by any or all of the following as necessary to adapt nonproductive behavior and tendencies: Acolytican Security Teams (AST), Education and Conditioning Teams (ECT), and Acolyticans who wish to practice self-management of nonproductive tendencies (SMNT).</p>
